# Install repository-management tools
sudo dnf install -y dnf-plugins-core

# Add the official HashiCorp RHEL repository
sudo dnf config-manager --add-repo https://rpm.releases.hashicorp.com/RHEL/hashicorp.repo

# Install Vault Enterprise
sudo dnf install -y vault

You can verify that the repository was added:

dnf repolist | grep -i hashicorp

And verify Vault:

vault version

So the screenshot effectively becomes:

yum install              → dnf install
yum-config-manager       → dnf config-manager
yum -y install ...       → dnf install -y ...
